good location , but lacking amenities

The location made it easy to access nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. The room was clean with ample space for my family's needs.

The amenities were underwhelming compared to what I expected.

We had two rooms and neither of them were cleaned; in the morning there was no coffee in the lobby or the dining room; it took 45 minutes to get a drink and 1 hour to get our lunch! A refund is given back to us for the management for the both rooms and we are awaiting their completion.

The facility was nicely located to what I was visiting for and was a short distance to travel to my desired destination.

The facility was not very clean. My bedroom and bathroom were under par. The facility was also very loud. I don't know what was going on during my stay but my floor felt like I was staying in the middle of a frat house. It was terrible. Somebody also had a dog that would not stop barking and whining. Overall just a poor visit.

Other than our toilet not working and our a/c shutting off at night and is sweating profusely it was good.

The bathroom was modern and spacious. The bed very comfortable and clean.

a little dusty. At check in we were given a room number that was occupied. The lady was not too happy that we were trying to get into the room while she was napping.

the bathroom needed better cleaning. the staff was super friendly and accommodating. the buffet breakfast was delicious. and the parking was convenient with plenty of shaded spots.

The staff were super friendly and the room was comfortable, perfect for my needs. Convenient dining options available on-site made it easy to grab a bite.

Cleanliness was an issue. My bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. I also encountered noise from the air conditioning, quite disruptive .

I can honestly say I liked everything about the hotel,I can definitely see my self coming back in the future if I ever were to return back to Gainesville and the front desk employee(s) are very professional. It starts at the front desk with the customer service to determine how your stay will be and I must say it was excellent.

The thing I didn't like was the length of time staying there,I wish I would've stayed longer but unfortunately there are bills to be paid a training to be done

Quiet,clean and the staff was helpful

products in our room ran down...like kleenx,only one shampoo and conditioner for two nights.The tea bags and cups where not replaced.Just little things but much needed

Upon checking in the staff was rude and short with us. Facial expressions and bad attitudes. We seemed to be a pain to them.
